Pour \(f:\Bbb R^2\to \Bbb R\), si on considère son approximation affine ( Développement limité à l'ordre 1 en négligeant le reste), on obtient le plan tangent au graphe de \(f\) au point \((x_0,y_0)\)
Equation du plan tangent
Le plan tangent au graphe de \(f\) au point \((x_0,y_0,f(x_0,y_0))\) a pour équation:
$$z={{f(x_0,y_0)+\frac{\partial f}{\partial x}(x_0,y_0)(x-x_0)+\frac{\partial f}{\partial y}(x_0,y_0)(y-y_0)}}$$
